At the Xchange Community Learning Hub, families are assisted by the team in the assessment process of their children. A Reading Lab was established in 2026 at the hub to support gifted children, those with learning barriers, and slow readers. 

Yearly Assessment: Assessment will be done by our own chosen Competent Assessors in accordance with the South African Schools Act, Section 51, 1996, as amended. 

Assessment Preparation: Parents are equipped to be consistent, responsible, and accountable in their assessment by following the Uncapped Education Principles and tools – ECOCA (English) and OSVVA (Afrikaans)
